Criminal Case No. 17490 / 2021 AD
The suspects: Abdullah Suleiman / Wajdi Saleh and others.

On 28/11/2021 AD, preliminary investigations were registered under Article 47, procedures, and after investigation, the procedures were transferred to a criminal case under Article 177/2 of the Criminal Code of 1991 AD, violation of special laws related to dealing in foreign exchange, violation of financial and accounting procedures, violation of the law against unlawful and suspicious wealth, and others.

The Public Prosecution shall investigate the aforementioned communications, with the suspects enjoying all the rights stipulated in the law.
